We have the qualifications and expertise to look after all aspects of your general health. This includes Family Planning, Early Childhood conditions, Women’s and Men’s health issues, Vaccinations,treating Skin cancers, attending to Travel health requirements & Immunizations, and care for our Elderly.
As part of Vocational Registration training required by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, our General Practitioners are motivated to keep abreast of the latest knowledge and scientific information available to the health professionals.
Our General Practitioners have a strong emphasis on Preventive Health Education. We truly believe that “An ounce of prevention is always better than a pound of cure“.
Childhood immunizations
Children under 16 years of age may be Bulk-Billed , if their family are pensioners or have Health Care Care cards. We have stocks of all vaccines listed in the Australian childhood immunization schedule.
Adult immunizations
All vaccinations listed in the National Immunisation Program and Victorian funded programs are available for adult population. This includes Tetanus,Whooping cough,Shingles, Pneumococcal and Flu vaccines and so on.
Vaccines in pregnancy
It is recommended the Whooping cough vaccine be given to any pregnant woman. The Influenza Vaccine is also recommended during pregnancy to protect women and their babies from Influenza.
