Principal GP
Dr Tony Marshal, MBBS, MHP (NSW), FRACGP, has been practicing medicine in Australia since 1985. He has worked in various positions at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, St George Hospital (Sydney), Mersey Hospital (Tasmania) and the Alfred Hospital (Melbourne). Tony is a member of the American College of Family Physicians and of the World Organization of Family Doctors.
He has been in full time General Practice in Melbourne, mainly in Mornington Penninsula since 1992.
Dr Marshal has a special interest in Cardiology and Minor surgery and Skin conditions but no experience in drug dependence and rehabilitation issues.
He works Monday to Saturday, generally from 9 am to 5 pm weekdays and 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays. Most days of the week, during the academic terms, he also teaches 4th & Final year Medical Students from Monash University . These students maybe invited to join the consultations ,if our patients were agreeable.
Dr Marshal published Human Machine, Owner’s Manual and Basic Trouble Shooting in 2015. It is still available for purchase online,normally retailing in Amazon.com for $35.

Senior Audiologist
Dr. Naz Ahmadi is a clinical audiologist and member of the Audiology Society of Australia. She earned her master’s degree in Clinical Audiology from Melbourne University and her doctoral degree in Biomedical Science from Monash University. She has several years of experience working in Australia and North America.
Naz has been a guest speaker at several international conferences in Europe and the USA and has authored a number of research publications. She is a highly enthusiastic audiologist with an outstanding attitude towards her work and her clients. She respects the needs of every patient and works carefully to the best outcomes to improve their quality of life. Naz also has several years of experience fitting extended wear Lyric (100% invisible) hearing aids.
Psychologist
Ms Petti Tsoudis
Petti is a Clinical Psychologist with 30 years’ experience. She works with adults, adolescents, couples and families. Her expertise includes mood disorders, trauma, past sexual abuse, complex presentations and chronic illness.
Petti is consulting at Mt Eliza Medical Centre on Wednesdays, and takes referrals directly. Out of pocket fees apply for standard sessions. Patients may be eligible for a Medicare rebate with a GP Mental Health Care Plan.

Klint Physio
Klint Neurological Physiotherapy is a neurological physiotherapy service for people with neurological conditions, disabilities and disorders. Klint therapists have additional postgraduate training in helping people with paralysis, sensory loss, stiffness, dizziness, vertigo, balance and general mobility problems using a range of clinical approaches. Their approach is highly individualised and treatment is tailored to the presentation. Conditions they see include stroke, brain injury, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, nerve injury, Parkinson’s and multiple sclerosis. The are NDIS registered providers. Neurological physiotherapy services may be partly or fully rebated through private health insurance, Medicare and other forms of insurance or funding schemes including Aged Care Home Packages.

Set Health Diabetes Education
Jessica Grey, Bachelor of Nursing, Post Graduate Certificate in Diabetics Education, Credentialled Diabetes Educator, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Human Nutrition and Diet-related Disease Certificate.
Jessica Grey is the founder of Set Health Diabetes Education. She is passionate about the power of lifestyle change in improving health and has over 15 years of nursing experience, she has never ceased to increase her understanding and training within this specialist field.
Jessica was one of the senior Diabetes educators managing the diabetes clinic at the Alfred Hospital, since then she was poached to solely manage and facilitate a diabetes service in private practice. Now focusing on her own business, SET Health Diabetes Education for private and NDIS clients.
She has also developed a learning package to deliver to schools and early learning centers (ELC) to help educators manage the T1 diabetes, epilepsy (and any other conditions requiring a clinical nurse) of the children in their care. Offering group training to carers, support workers and nurses to help them better and safely care for their patients/clients.
Dr Savy Sarmadjieva (MBBS, FRACGP, DPD, DTPM&H, DFSRH,
Dr. Savy has rejoined us at our practice at Mt Eliza Medical Center. She will be consulting on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can book appointments through HotDoc or by calling the clinic. She was trained in London, where she became a full member of the Royal College of General Practitioners and obtained diplomas in Practical Dermatology, Family Planning and Sexual Health, as well as Tropical Medicine and Hygiene. Dr. Savy arrived in Australia in 2011, completed her fellowship, and became a full fellow of the RACGP. She has worked in numerous locations and was the principal and business owner of several medical clinics in St Kilda, Fitzroy, Oakleigh, and Belgrave. She is also the owner and founder of Mentone General Practice. Additionally, she has been a trainer and mentor for medical students from Monash and Melbourne Universities, as well as a supervisor for overseas-trained doctors and general practitioners. Her special interests include dermatology and skin cancer medicine, as well as pediatrics, women’s and men’s health, diabetes, nephrology, neurology, mental health, sexual health, contraception, and family planning.
