Results Follow Up
Patients are responsible for following up on their results.
Your doctor will advise when they expect your results to arrive at the practice. In order to maintain the confidentiality of all our patients and to have continuity of care, we advise that you make a follow-up appointment to discuss test results. This will also help you gain a better understanding of your medical condition.
If you are unable to make an appointment at the time the test has been ordered or performed, please ensure you call us to follow on your results. This will safeguard any issues which may happen during the electronic transmission of results from the investigating lab or organization.
