To consult  any of our doctors, we now  request our patients to make an appointment, on 97831666, or Hotdoc.com.au  website .  This way you are very likely to be seen within ½ hour of walking in. However,  making an appointment,  does not guarantee being seen at the exact appointed time and there can be delays of up to ½ hour. Of course we will strive to keep our appointments on time.

If you have Multiple or Complicated issues to discuss, we request you to warn the reception to be allocated Longer appointments, as explained below:

Appointment Types

( 1 )  Standard Consultations (6-15 minutes) for Single or simple Problems;

( 2 )  Long Consultations (20-30 minutes) for  Multiple issues, Travel Advice, Care Plans and Mental health consultations.

( 3 ) Prolonged Consultations (more than 40 minutes) are for Complex or multiple medical problems to allow adequate time for proper assessment and treatment.

( 4 ) Appointments for Covid-19 booster vaccinations  (Pfizer Bivalent and, Moderna Bivalent) can be made through HotDoc App. After accessing HotDoc.com.au  website , please type in Mt Eliza for suburb and look for Mt Eliza Medical Centre heading.  

A Consultation is required for completion of any forms including Travel insurance, Taxi Subsidy, Disability Parking, Centrelink certificates and Medical reports.
